The UK's largest estate agency group now has agreements in place with all three of the main property portals, including with Jason Tebb and OTM, after renewing its contract with Zoopla in January.

Connells has signed a deal with OnTheMarket, completing the full set of the three main portals.
The UK’s largest estate agency group renewed its contract with Zoopla in January, signing up with the portal for another five years.
Pivotal momentOTM is hailing the agreement as “a pivotal moment in OnTheMarket’s continued growth driven by investment from CoStar Group”.
“The partnership with Connells Group stands as a clear testament to OnTheMarket’s growth and recognition as a platform of trust for property seekers and estate agents alike,” the portal says.
“The deal is also evidence of CoStar Group’s successful investment in OnTheMarket, which since acquiring the business two years ago has supported the enhancement of the portal’s product offerings.”
A spokesperson for OTM was unable to confirm the length of the deal with Connells, saying it was “a multi-year partnership”.
Connells Group includes 1,263 branches across 86 estate agency brands including Barnard Marcus, Hamptons, John D Wood, Bairstow Eves, Bridgfords and William H Brown.
