It is that time of the Offseason that moves start to happen. Teams can agree to terms on contracts with unrestricted free agents until the new league year begins on March 10th at 4 PM when they can officially sign. There has already been a flurry of action, but there is still so much more to come.
The Cincinnati Bengals are likely to watch pass rusher Trey Hendrickson walk away after an incredible stint in Cincinnati. He is one of the best free agents to hit the open market.
AdvertisementAdvertisementAdvertisementThe Bengals will have a lot to do with plenty of holes and areas of improvement needed on the defensive side of the ball. Hard to imagine they don’t get at least a few free agents early to help that side of the ball. There are also a few needs on the offensive side of the ball that can’t be ignored, but some of them will likely be filled via the draft as they need young depth at certain positions.
Otherwise, they should be pretty methodical as they usually are in Free agency.
We will update this as free agency progresses. We hope the Bengals give us something to be excited about this off-season.
