The Seattle Seahawks completed their second of three practices this week for their NFC Divisional Round clash with the San Francisco 49ers, and there’s one bit of injury news worth monitoring before Thursday’s game designations are announced.
Left tackle Charles Cross, who missed the last three regular season games with a hamstring injury, was a full participant on Tuesday. Unfortunately, he was downgraded to limited after a knee injury popped up. Limited is a lot better than a DNP, especially in a win-or-go home situation, but this isn’t ideal to see. Neither is Josh Jones sitting out practice for a second day in a row with a knee injury. In case Jones isn’t even a backup option, undrafted rookie Amari Kight will be next in line behind Cross if Cross does return to the lineup.

Tyrice Knight was upgraded to limited in practice with a shoulder injury, while DeMarcus Lawrence seems in good shape to play after a limited Tuesday practice with an Achilles issue. Cornerback Riq Woolen was limited again with an oblique injury.

Thursday will be the last practice, with game designations to follow.
