Michigan State and Ohio State played one of the best games you will see in the Big Ten this season. After a dominating 5-1 win for the Buckeyes on Friday night, the Spartans bounced back on Saturday, earning a shootout win over Ohio State, 4-3.

After regulation and overtime, the game stayed tied, and with how the game went on Saturday night, it was only fitting that it would take 13 rounds of a shootout to settle this affair. In the end, though, it was Colin Ralph scoring the deciding marker and Trey Augustine picking up the huge save to seal the deal.

Goal scorers for the Spartans were Anthony Romani, Porter Martone and Ryker Lee, keeping the Spartans in the game to earn the much-needed win on senior night.

Now, the Spartans are just three points away from a third straight Big Ten championship, and they will look to earn that when they travel to Minnesota next weekend.
