Since launching last year, the agency has sold 50 properties at 36% over the guide guide price, and has a stock list of over 90 homes both on and off market, with 11 brokers.

It now aims to grow the lettings side of the business under Anthony, who has worked in the property market for more than a decade, most recently as Associate Director at Hamptons.

Strong demand

Together, we’re building what we believe will be London’s most premium lettings service, combining deep market knowledge with a highly personal, concierge-style approach.”

The pair say that there is a real demand from high-calibre clients and tenants looking for a personal service and that Grant J Bates can provide a bespoke service, ensuring a seamless experience from instruction through to move-in.

“The London lettings market has started the year positively, with strong activity across both prime and super-prime homes. Quality stock is in demand, and tenants are moving decisively when properties are priced correctly and presented to a high standard.

“Condition and presentation are more important than ever, and with our global social reach we’re able to showcase properties to searching tenants around the world.”

As the new Head of Lettings, Anthony will focus on guiding landlords through the legislative changes while creating long-term relationships.
